We are seeking a Bilingual Concierge to join our team on the frontline of patient experience, delivering welcoming, personalized, and high-quality service. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting, guiding, and accompanying patients and their companions throughout their journey, ensuring comfort, safety, efficiency, and humanized support in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet, guide, and accompany patients and companions during consultations, exams, and hospital admissions.
• Provide empathetic and personalized care, proactively identifying patient needs and offering effective solutions.
• Support patients and family members during sensitive moments, conveying safety, comfort, and trust.
• Facilitate clear communication between patients, companions, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Serve as a key point of support for answering inquiries and directing patient requests.
• Maintain efficient service flows, contributing to a smooth and satisfying experience.
• Promote accessibility, comfort, and hospitality across all patient touchpoints.
• Interact with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of requests and operational excellence.

Mandatory requirements

• Complete high school diploma (with proof).
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, hotel industry, tourism, or reception.
• Availability to work on-site at Baia Sul Mulher (Saco Grande) on a 5x2 schedule.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ethical, cordial conduct with a strong customer service focus.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with emotional balance and professionalism.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate digital systems.
• Professional personal presentation suitable for a healthcare environment.

Differentials

• Complete or ongoing higher education degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
• Completed coursework in hospitality, customer service, patient experience, or conflict resolution.
• Previous experience in hospitals, hospital hospitality, luxury hotels, tourism, or premium service.
• Experience serving diverse audiences, including international clients.
• Prior background in concierge functions or customer relationship management.
